VR1 CHEST PRESS 13000

- The VR1 dependent motion offers a feeling of
security to new and average users. By having
both arms working together in a fixed plane,
the chest press exercise feels better controlled
for a comfortable and secure training
  movement.
- The overhead pivot provides a natural path
of motion (barbell path of motion). This is in
contrast to the less natural and less
effective descending path of many other
  chest presses on the market.
- Dual grips provide a barbell grip to
emphasize the chest or a vertical grip to
  emphasize the anterior deltoid.
- The barbell grips are angled to provide a
  neutral wrist position.
- Available with gas spring assisted seat.
- Light stack 150LBs (68KG)
- Standard stack 220LBs (100KG)
-
Dimension: 35”L X 52”W X 68”H

VR1 Dual

VR1 Abdominal / Back Extension
         13200

- Capitalizing on the effective ab pattern used
in both CYBEX VR3 and Eagle, the
Ab/Back Extension dual machine uses the
same motion in a reverse direction to train
   the lower back.
- Ab Movement - The design has taken hip
flexors, arms and shoulders out of the
    movement. The resulting exercise is
    completely focused on the abdominal
muscles. It has to be experienced to be
    appreciated.
- Back Extension Movement - The back
extension movement loads the spine from the
    shoulder level promoting more complete
involvement of the back extensors. The design
also promotes the scapula musculature in
providing their stabilizing function of the
    shoulder.
- A lumbar curved section of the hip pad
promotes full range of motion exercise while
the patent pending stabilization ensures that
the hips and legs provide optimal stabilization
which allows the user to focus on the
    exercise.
- Six start positions are adjustable inputs for full
    range of motion.
- Light stack: 130LBs (59KG)
- Standard stack: 190LBs (86KG)
- Dimension: 49”L X 47”W X 62”H
